What is PM SHRI Hackathon?
A Nation-Building Platform for Young Innovators
The PM SHRI Hackathon is a structured innovation journey where students explore problems, design prototypes, and showcase their ideas at school, district, and state levels. Supported by experts, mentors, and teachers, the programme helps students transform ideas into tangible solutions through guided workshops, digital tools, and hands-on learning experiences.
This programme is conducted in partnership with OSEPA, the School & Mass Education Department, and IIT Bhubaneswar Research and Entrepreneurship Park, ensuring strong academic and technical support throughout.

To create a generation of young innovators who are confident, creative, and capable of solving real-world problems using technology, teamwork, and design thinking.
The hackathon aims to:
Spark entrepreneurial & innovative thinking in students
Build essential 21st-century skills like critical thinking and rapid prototyping
Encourage the use of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, IoT, software tools, and AR
Provide students with opportunities to showcase their talent at larger platforms
